What is a Mystery Box?
Each box is a surprise selection of cute stationery, accessories, and small gifts. The content changes every time, so you’ll never know exactly what’s inside until you open it!
Can I return a box if I don’t like the items?
No, since the content is random, returns are not accepted for personal taste. Returns are only possible if an item is damaged, defective, or missing.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for the defective product.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but you will always receive a tracking code to follow your package.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Europe. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
